      Pros

      Great team that is always willing to listen to everyone on the team bc at the end of the day they just want to make things that resonates with the audience. Its not a place for someone that just wants to clock in and out and check off a task list.

      Cons

      Not a large corporate structure. Some people like that and some hate it. It all depends.

      Great team passionate about what they are creating. Everyone has a voice at the table and an opportunity to contribute to the project.

      Cons

      As all small companies people where different hats. But it also allows for opportunities to take different roles and learn new things.
