      - Good Workmates and Bosses (mostly). - Get to work with Video Games and Fellow Gamers. - Access to the Newest Games and Get Paid to Play It. -Company Transparency -Open Evaluation for Career Growth

      - Heavy Crunch Time if working on Certain/New Games, - Newish Company so Salary may not be Competitive. -Devices provided are subpar so a good PC/Laptop may be needed for a WFH setup.
