GamePot has a very enthusiastic staff with lots of experience in the free to play market. Having an experienced staff helped a ton in learning the ropes of how free to play is managed.

Unfortunately the company is from Japan and while eager to learn how the US market is run, isn't quite as fast to adopt the differences in business culture.
