- Good employee benefits - Flat hierarchy - Plenty of opportunities to learn live operations - Given a lot of autonomy when designing new features for the game - Great place to learn and grow
Cons
- Occassional OT due to working with an overseas company (different time zone) - Delayed pay increments and promotions - Company didn't have contingency plan for when a project ends
