Cons

Salary could be a little better, but there are opportunities to earn more with commission.

Pros

Garden State Tile provides a challenging, rewarding and enjoyable workplace. There are many opportunities for growth and to build your own career path. Both upper management and the executive team are extremely hands on and take a personal approach to the success of their employees. I have enjoyed the team mentality, the positive enviornment and the willingness of the company to always try something new.

Cons

I have not yet expierenced any cons to working at Garden State Tile.
