      Pros

      I worked there over ten years ago but it was fun and really interesting. We go to participate in workshops and hear speakers. There were opportunities to work on the program side and the retreat side.

      Cons

      Top management changed direction of the programs often, This led to some programs starting and stopping without much warning. There was some employee turnover. Pay wasn't great.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues, great mission, organization is well-connected in the world of mindfulness/meditation. A lot of good things happen there and the work can be rewarding. Long-term, expect it to solidify as an important, leading organization in its field.

      Cons

      Top management needs improvement. Can be capricious, and some decisions leave you scratching your head. Needs a better long-term vision/plan for the revenue model, and better advancement rewards for employee performance.
