      Pros

      Gateway is growing rapidly across MO and other states. Everyone is super nice and willing to help. There's a major focus on keeping the company values as it continues to grow. Ideas are always welcome and encouraged. Most importantly, customers LOVE the reliable and fast internet service they are getting which says a lot about the company. Google and Facebook reviews say it all.

      Cons

      Not really a con but you have to be highly motivated and focused to pick and choose where to spend your time most effectively , since a lot of the work is open-ended.
