Pros

Great projects, great bonus, great benefit, company paid summer and skid trips, and great leadership training. All principals and senior personnel are hands-on engineers.

Cons

Most of the projects are technically challenging. Very steep learning curve! High level of performance is expected from top to bottom!

Flexible working hours. Great compensation and benefits. Friendly environment. Lots of opportunities within weeks started working here. Senior engineers and project engineers give excellent mentorship to entry levels. Get to go to project site and have hands-on learning. Annual vacation trip planned and paid by company. Easy access to public transportation.

Cons

Location near homeless shelter. No negotiation.
