I enjoy working Gearfire primarily due to our culture! As an account Manager, I deal with a lot of customer service tasks, which can be draining. However, the culture and staff around me makes my work enjoyable more often than not. The work is pretty easy to learn and can be quite rewarding once mastered.
Cons
Well, this is a customer service role. Customer service is unpredictable anf can be quite frustrating at times. Other than that, i find very few cons.
