Cons
communication between regional managers and drivers; communication between drivers and dispatch is discouraged; your load pay and minimum pay (and everything else) has to be approved by your RM- if you get a dud for a regional manager, you're out of luck; like most large companies, they don't know your name and they don't care- they'll let you know it.
