There are many benefits to working here: generous vacation, regular team events, many opportunities for professional growth, flexibility with your own hours, and an amazing company culture! However, the thing that makes GenAIZ stand out are the people. The support provided throughout the company has been amazing. Whether it’s brainstorming with your team about how issues have been handled, or a discussion with another developer/team about something unfamiliar, the positive and encouraging environment is remarkable and makes you feel comfortable working here. I've been only working here for a few months but It’s been an amazing experience to be a part of a company that continues to push the boundaries in the industry.

Not so much of a con, but the environment is fast paced and requirements are always changing- but thats how startups normally function.
