      Pros

      Great leads, they are very supportive and you are able to work your own schedule, from home. They are always available if you need any help. David, the owner, has got on the phone with me more than once to help hone my skills.

      Cons

      You need to be able to stay focused at home, and you need a good internet connection, hard wired.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable, patient and nurturing is how I would describe the on-boarding process here. The Admin/Management team goes that extra step to welcome you with open arms and make you feel like part of the team as opposed to a number. Very responsive and compassionate Account Managers who care about giving you the best opportunity to show what you can do! The rest is up to you! Everyone I have encountered is a seasoned professional trying to accomplish the mission! I feel very lucky to have been a selected candidate and in keeping with the positive culture at GenSales. It really is more of a family atmosphere than just a job! Work hard and you will be rewarded in more ways than one!

      Cons

      Nothing major just have to stay aware of multiple time zones as you are reaching out on national campaigns!
