      There has been a lot of change which is never easy, but its exciting to see the changes and improvements happening including more training and clear focus.

      Cons

      Its been a difficult transition for many folks.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've worked with. Everyone is easy to speak too and offer great advice. Engaging work to do and cutting edge! We have a great opportunity to make an impact in people's lives. Work from home but also able to go to the office.

      Cons

      Not much I can think of. It's a start up so if you aren't used to a start up environment, it can be challenging but I love it. Everyone has to wear multiple hats.
