      The team at Genbook is a really close-knit group. There is brilliant long term growth potential. The people leaders are really good.

      Pros

      Ideas are shared, agreed on and then implemented. It's refreshing to work for a company that can execute at this pace. There's an acceptance of the fact that not every idea will work but have found management to be very supportive of both the wins and the mistakes. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Small team and a lot to do, while heavy recruitment ongoing, we have to rely on management to set clear priorities and that is challenging as they too are busy.
