      Excellent company with great culture

      Pros

      Big but also very technology-oriented company where the management's primary goal has always been keeping the financial stability of the whole organization. Extremely risk-oriented organization with the mindset of continuing to keep its insurance obligations in the event of losses.

      Cons

      As also exists in other organizations, which is about how to deal with demographic change internally.

      Currently we have a lot of projects going on hence the individual growth is exponentially significant however one can still enjoy work life balance as resting is not an issue as long as you deliver

      Cons

      Some work are not really appreciated by multiple department.
