      I really enjoyed my time working at **Generistek Inc.** and got to learn a lot during my tenure here. Since I joined as a fresher, this experience played an important role in helping me understand the work environment and grow step by step. The management was supportive and approachable, which made it easier to ask questions and learn without hesitation. The overall environment was comfortable and helped me settle in over time. It was a good place to start my career and build confidence while learning along the way.

      My experience of 7.5 years with Generis Tek has been extremely rewarding. The leadership team is approachable and always willing to help. There is a strong focus on employee development, with continuous training and opportunities to take on new responsibilities. The company culture promotes teamwork, respect, and innovation. I am grateful for the skills and exposure I gained during my time here. I had a very positive experience working at this company. The leadership team is supportive, communication is transparent, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow professionally. The work culture is collaborative, and the team genuinely cares about delivering quality results. Overall, a great place to build your career. I start as a Sr. IT Talent Acquisition specialist with Generis Tek, the company gave me a right platform to grow and drove my career into right direction while working with great leaders and mentors. Multiple responsibilities: You may need to wear many hats, which can be intense, but it provides broader exposure and accelerates career growth. Limited downtime: During peak periods, workloads can get heavy—but it strengthens teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

      No micro management. Access to each and every important tools. Very supportive manager and high level management. Enough breaks. Leave are sufficient each mont 1.5

      Cons

      The only downside I've encountered is the length of the probation period. At six months, it feels a bit long, especially when you're eager to feel more secure in your role. That being said, the environment is so positive that the wait doesn't feel unbearable.
