Pros

I have so many great things to say about GT especially in the last few years as SO many changes have been made, but let me just summarize with the top things that I think make this company stand out among the rest: 1. Small company with LOTS of opportunity 2. Responsive management that cares about it's employees 3. Great culture and working environment with intelligent, funny and friendly co-workers 4. The number one reason that I started working here was to help people and I get to do that everyday 5. Relaxed environment that is pretty self driven (no micro-managing) and promotes innovative solutions 6. Great PTO and compensation

Cons

When I first started working here in 2012 we had over 100 employees so insurance benefits were great, now that we are smaller the benefits are not as good but still pretty decent compared to the market place.

Pros

There is a great set of individuals at this company. It is a core group of people who want to make a change with healthy and great tasting superfood products. The company has monthly social hours and other great benefits. With previous management it may not have been this way but things are changing for the better and there is a strong commitment to re-forming the brand to uphold brand recognition as well as quality.

Cons

It is a smaller company right now, so you tend to wear a lot of hats. Management is good at checking in to make sure work load is manageable. Right now there is not a ton of positions to move into, it would be expected when the company grows a little more.

It's scary when you look at these reviews and see a 2 star rating. But that's all due to the old regime, so don't pay any attention to them. Bill (the CEO) has a great head on his shoulders and he and the rest of the team are steadily increasing the opportunities and ability to succeed. Genesis Today is definitely trending up and it's easy to see why. The products are terrific, there's a great story behind them all (organic, whole fruit, efficacious) and it's a company focused on social responsibility. In other words, it's a great base to work with. You're put into an excellent position to succeed.

Cons

It's a small company -- basically a startup. I like the small feel of the company, so it's a pro to me, but some people might consider it a con.
