Transparent working processes, European level of working ethic, enjoyable colleagues that create great atmosphere. Great office space, really flexible approach to creating a comfortable working environment (the choice of a working place, i.e. home or office, is up to an individual) - a lot of focus is given to providing clear guidance for newcomers.

Cons

Hard to define, really. Not that they don't exist, but they're not critical to making substantial difference in the company, should one want one.
