The people who work at Genius Monkey are great! My team and manager are great to work with. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The culture is great, I feel like I'm part of a family. I know that I am valued. Because it's a smaller company, we have the opportunity to have more variability in our roles and the opportunity to work with lots of different people on different teams. The company is growing fast and seeing great success though. It's fun to be part of it!

Benefits are adequate, but would be nice if they were improved.

Pros

Great product offering in a growing industry. Lots of opportunities plus receive inbound leads and attend conferences. Slick reporting dashboard and attribution to differentiate our offering.

Cons

Sometimes too much autonomy. The inbound leads aren't always the best. Minimums and lack of self-serve option causes you to miss out on some opportunities.
