      Pros

      -Personal initiative and new ideas for improvement are strongly encouraged. When accepted, they are straightaway implemented. -Growing company. Real possibilities of personal evolution according to one's motivation and competence. -General Manager very receptive and approachable. -Friendly staff. Management's desire to strengthen the links between employees through regular events. -Good working conditions: location close to a metro station, good offices and material. -Good work/life balance. When I did overtime, I could always make up for the time by finishing earlier another time. Accommodating direction.

      Cons

      -Salary under-estimated compared to workload and responsibilities. -Premises tend to become small compared to the growing number of employees.
