As far as agencies go, it's a great team -- smart people who push each other in the best way possible. Most people are 30+ YO and the assignments are fun challenges.

Cons

Lots of healthcare and B2B, during dry periods you can end up working on the same couple of accounts without much new work or variety

Awesome senior management. Fortune 500 clients. Digital as well as experiential projects. Several running projects and never a dull moment. Great support and mentorship for juniors. Well established communication amongst teams. Encouragement to grow your career in the way you see fit. Transitioned to fully-remote well and maintained productivity since the pandemic. You do not need to worry about them becoming in-office and could work from any of the other states. Always looking for ways to improve culture and values.

Cons

Being a Boston based company, there could be a lot more diversity within the organization. Juniors will not get much experience with client pitches for new work.
