Clear strategy, good pay, investment in people and overall firm development.

As stated in the title - culture, people and growth are the key pros for me. The firm is growing both financially and obviously in head count welcoming human resources from all sorts of diverse backgrounds as long as aligned and enthusiastic about the firm's ambitious growth strategy. As someone who has worked at top class firms in the past both in international and U.K environment, I feel the culture and people aspect is one of the biggest strengths of the firm - there may not be an immediate solution to every challenge or problem you raise, but most times there will be a tangible effort by leadership to help and support staff understanding their point of view which was a big plus for me. With regards to people, unless exceptions, everyone is generally friendly, kind and approachable both on and off work.
