Nice people Kindest managers that support + care for their team. Like no other. No micromanaging- at all- managers give major creative freedom Teams eat lunch together every day Employees get together on the weekends and go on trips together- actual friends Yearly reviews + salary increases Seasonal events- summer boat party, holiday party, etc. Birthday movie passes for all employees on their birthday Summer hours- 3pm closure on Fridays Jewish holidays- extra days off in Fall + Spring Office closes early at 4pm on Fridays in the winter 1 personal day/3 months- in addition to above + vacation Encouraged to visit stores/customers /travelling to US + comp shopping Moving to new building around the corner- fresh, new, clean updated- decor fresh + pretty Office located around the corner from Starbucks HR person is open to chats + feedback- is heard + usually gets passed on to management/implemented Employees get samples + discount on product Fun to see the product you design in major retailers- Target, Walmart, etc. **Weird recent reviews here- sound more like bitter former employees that were let go than "current employees"

Sales reps need to be reminded to communicate all details clearly + efficiently + at the beginning of projects Timelines can be tight Company is working on fixing process + company communication things- so process and work flow has changed a few times- improving, but was confusing at the beginning In office only- no hybrid/wfh- sucks, but makes sense because of reviewing product daily + project hand off mtgs + collaborating with team members
