      Pros

      Joining GE has been a great decision for me. It's been energizing, and I genuinely enjoy the work, the community of people, and the momentum of the business. It's been a strong place to grow, contribute, and feel part of something meaningful.

      Cons

      If I had to offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it’s that the speed and volume of work can take a moment to adjust to. It isn’t a slowdown-and-wait environment. But once you find your rhythm, it becomes one of the parts of the job that keeps things exciting.

      Pros

      I've been with GE for over a year and have enjoyed my time here so far. I enjoy managing my team and though every day is different, it keeps the work engaging. Upper management is open to new ideas and feedback. You gain valuable insights and experience working with top brands/clients and are presented with some really cool opportunities in the workspace.

      Cons

      Not many cons about the job itself - the drive to/home from work is not the best bc Atlanta traffic.
