Pros
I have been working now in business development for multiple brands of Get My Mom a Job and Get My Vet a Job! The amazing part is, you are not working in an "assembly line" mentality or "boiler room." You can work, make money, but have significant impact all at the same time! You are not worried about delivery of product or service, the company and system just work!
The total compensation plan is excellent. Although in sales you have to earn a salary by starting out as commission. It takes about 60 days of hitting goal, then it is salary plus commission, with uncapped opportunity.
Cons
The first 60 days is the hardest. You will earn everything you get. The reward of being successful will blow you away. The one wish would be more sales competitions that allow for incentives beyond salary and commission plan.
