Great work environment. Almost like close-knit/family style. Casual dress code. Great variety of projects.
Cons
Be prepared to work on some weekends as a salary employee. Work-Life balance line often gets blurry.

- casual, small team - diverse cultures, nice coworkers
Cons
- low pay, no 401k, benefits package is shameful - owner will force you to work on weekends and work events without additional pay - inexperienced leaders with a lot of bad habits. super unprofessional and a brown noser of a manager - no promotions - not covid safe
