They take internal growth seriously and I feel nurtured and looked after within the company. It's given me a chance to progress, learn new skills, and grow into my role. The org rewards hard work and success – This business has a great office and culture. Next week there will be an off-site in which the teams including the Romanian team will get to meet. Huge fan of the org culture which is generally a very positive place
