Flexible company with many career growth options

Pros

A lot of support over a wide range of hours as the company has offices around the world. Global-e is imbedded in a number of different industries which is great for industry knowledge and development. If you want to grow within the company then they will support your goals and help you reach them.

Cons

The nature of working in a global environment can mean some meetings might be held later than you would like. But in my experience management is flexible and allow you to adjust your shifts accordingly.

Strong solution with great promotion opportunities

Pros

Global-e is by far the strongest solution in the cross-border eCom space. The solution is well built, with the worlds biggest brands on board to support it. Within company structure, leadership prioritizes internal promotion above hiring externally, which gives all employees an excellent path forward to promotion.

Cons

As the company is so large, there can be more processes to follow / red tape to manage. Overall, necessary processes keep everyone working together and aligned so I wouldn't report that as a heavy "con"
