This is a great chance to be a part of a company with a great product reinventing the way teams use email to collaborate and automate their workflows to more efficiently reach their goals.
Cons
Not a con but it's a young company so be ready to wear a lot of hats and build the building blocks :)

Pros
Collaboration within and cross-team is great. Nice people to work with. Team events. Flexible Hours, Remote policy. You never get bored, projects & tasks are always changing, you learn a tons there.
Cons
Long time commuting on my end.
