Lots & lots of great people work for GC. I thought I was a one of the Pros for everyone. Having an opportunity to do something different this past year has been a blast. I was dedicated to our staff & customers. Alisha hires super people. I never felt micro managed. (TGFO) THANK GOD for opportunity. Truck drivers are cool and the back bone of America. If Alisha calls & you have an opportunity TAKE THE JOB.

It's hard to understand some of the negative reviews for this company. It's as if the people writing these reviews have never worked at Go Capital. I really enjoy it here, so I am going to take it upon myself to set the record straight in about as factual a manner as I can. 1. Mgmt is extremely involved. With the exception of a few people in offices, most all mgrs are in cubes & on the floor coaching & helping their teams. Both owners are very involved & one of them sits in cubes with all of us & is always helping. 2. I see very little turnover. It happens, but not often. Everybody is treated fairly and has an opportunity to succeed. Most of us do. 3. There's little cry-baby drama at all companies. A couple cliques exist here and there, but everybody is nice to each other. As far as I can tell, there are no politics, all managers are very straight forward and bullying does not exist at all. 4. Everybody here is very intelligent and most are great co-workers. 5. Company is growing significantly. Records are broken every month, more & more people work here each month and all departments seem to be growing. It is a great vibe, good culture and seems to be getting better all the time. I feel like I am part of something special and I would guess most here would say the same. 6. It can be intense & there are some pressures, but it's not over the top & it can be fun & inspiring especially at month end.
