Pros
Easy to voice your opinion and to be heard by everyone. Everyone was always listened too with regular company meetings and team sessions. Diverse enviroment, with multiple cultures. A company with great 21st century values.

Pros
It is a company where you get a lot of responsibility and chances if you are willing to take them. It requires that you want to be better than the rest, if that is your driving force their is plenty of space and development to find here. The salaries reflects that too. Most importantly, it is a place where you get to challenge yourself and what is possible to do, which I find very exciting.
Cons
It can be chaotic at times but it is mainly a creative chaos as testing and trying is encouraged. It is not suited for individuals who are seeking a stable job never exceeding 40h a week.
