As an 100% full remote company that means trust is most important asset in the company. Strong leadership. Based in the interior of Portugal, as a sense of promoting less developed areas of Portugal. Great mission. Very inclusive.
Cons
Being 100% remote, means people are not together in presence all the time. Some collegaues are in Brasil, UK, USA and Portugal. I believe the companies is doing efforts to keep people closer using the magic of tecnhology .
