      Fast paced, lots of ownership, exciting direction

      Pros

      You’re trusted from day one and your input actually matters, no matter your level. There’s a lot of autonomy and space to make your role your own rather than just following a set path. The product is evolving quickly and there are some big, exciting things ahead. Also, for a tech company, there’s a really strong human element, people genuinely care and support each other. Also a beautifully diverse enviroment - rare to see in a tech company!

      Cons

      Go1 is going through a lot of change, so it can feel a bit ambiguous at times, but that also means there’s a lot of opportunity to shape things.

      Pros

      Go1 today is a company that truly listens and evolves. I’ve had the opportunity to work with our leadership team and see firsthand how committed they are to building an inclusive, transparent culture. The environment is collaborative and there is genuine investment in learning and development, with access to resources that help you upskill both professionally and personally. Flexible work options have allowed me to balance priorities without sacrificing career growth.

      Cons

      With growth comes change, not so much a con in my eyes, however processes can shift quickly and you need to adapt. But if you thrive in an environment where no two days are exactly the same, it’s exciting rather than a challenge. Be open to change.

      Lucky to be at Go1!

      Pros

      - Completely remote - Fantastic culture - Everyone (that I have encountered in my 12 months, at least!) genuinely enjoys what they do - Great compensation - Autonomy

      Cons

      - Sometimes working from home means not getting to enjoy in person comradery, but Go1 offers lots of opportunities to catch up with colleagues in person - whether it be events like GoGether, or state based socials (which some states do as regularly as weekly!)
