      1. New ideas are encouraged 2. An excellent work culture 3.Frequent company sponsored team outings ,parties and outdoor sports activities 4. Focus on individual development 5. Exposure to handling wide range of responsibilities 6.Great mentor-ship 7.Great Management ,flat hierarchy ,no office politics. 8.And obviously good salary package

      Slight work pressure but manageable.
