Innovative Product Fun, knowledgable people I have worked with may start-ups and this one is the real deal in terms of their ability to own a market. In the short time I have been there, most of my colleagues have been promoted. ..it's a Meritocracy. If you do your job well, you will get promotional opportunities as well as income producing opportunities.

Cons

Because it is fast-paced, communication can be a challenge Not all teams aligned Seems like some folks have little guidance...there needs to be more accountability
