Great company full of extremely intelligent people. If you are motivated, you will definitely enjoy the work as well as the ability to have a positive impact on the culture and make a genuine difference.

Cons

Like anywhere, budget constraints given the current market.

Pros

A general change in direction to be more focused. The leadership has changed and now they seem to listen much better and a lots less meetings and other things taking up time dev time. Relaxed atmosphere Good office They allow you to take initiative and do things pro-actively. Lots of butt hurt people here that were let go for whatever reasons and I wouldn't believe all the reviews you read. Everyone seems pretty happy honestly.

Cons

There is a lot going on and sometimes direction gets confused and not all information trickles down. Some of the benefits could use tuning as they reward being there for 20years even if you do nothing but stare at screen now.
