LOVED working at Gompers. It gave me so many opportunities and let me do creative things with my members. I've worked lots of jobs like this for lots of different companies and they don't compare. Gompers is the best. They value their employees, but it really is all about the members. Thanks Gompers

Working with wonderful people. Daily interaction with our fabulous members! Great benefits, one of the best 401k matches I've seen. They love to promote from within. They recognize a job well done! This has been one of the best jobs I've ever had. I truly enjoy coming to work every day. The administration is passionate about what they do, and I feel that as an employee. I'm proud to work here!
Cons
Not really a con I can think of, if I have an issue, I feel very comfortable bringing it up to my supervisor, and feel confident that my voice will be heard.
