      Relatively Small Staff for Such Huge Impact!

      Pros

      There's not many companies or organizations that you could ever work for that have such an enormous impact in the world. Given how the organization leverages technology, efficient processes and outside experts, the full-time staff at Good360 each have a vital role in aligning products given from Fortune 500 companies with those that need those goods most.

      Cons

      As with any role an individual would have that is responsible for such significant impact, the work is never done and there is always much more to be done. Managing your time and knowing how to prioritize a heavy workload is a must, and tends to present the biggest challenge across the organization.
