      Pros

      Interview journey was a tough one but they are really finding the right people for the culture and capabilities needed. I feel motivated being around so many well-rounded and good people. Amazing onboarding process. Inspiring work.

      A lot of travel, but at least I’m racking up miles and hotel points!

      Pros

      You get to dive into real problems and learn to come up with solutions on the fly. Managers communicate well and explain clearly what needs to be done, but don't get too hands-on, which everyone appreciates. My colleagues are sharp and driven, most of them with years and years of experience, so I'm learning quite a lot.

      Cons

      Not easy—it's complex work where mistakes can cost dearly.
