I am very happy working at GPS Source. It is a small company which allows you to get experience in areas that you might not otherwise be exposed to. You are given a lot of responsibility and trusted to do your job without much direction but someone is always available to help or answer your questions when you ask. You have to communicate though. Employees are treated fairly and there are a lot of very smart and friendly people working for this company.

Cons

The resources can be somewhat limited due to the size of the company. You have to make do. Going through a lot of growth at the moment means they are experiencing some "growing pains" when trying to change processes.
