      Pros

      Lots of transparency throughout the company, more than I've seen anywhere else. Collaborative atmosphere, everyone is very happy to pitch in, lend their expertise and help even if it's outside of their typical role.

      Amazing, well functioning, extremely smart people

      Gradle is one of its kind, by far the smartest people I have worked with, and also amazing atmosphere. The tech is complex but very well designed, no matter where you are coming from you will learn here

      Cons

      Hard to grasp how the company is doing, but nothing major. Career development seem ad hoc but being improved
