      Pros

      Fair management that will listen to you consider your suggestions. Co-workers are regular people you could share a meal with.

      Cons

      The company is trying to get by using older equipment. This compromises the ability to compete with newer, faster (i.e. easier to produce a finished sheet) equipment.

      Pros

      Graphic Image was a great work experience as there is great commodity along with a great culture in the office setting.

      Cons

      I don't have many downsides to talk about when it comes to Graphic Image as I really enjoyed working there and the people around me.

      I loved this job. The Management took great care of me. Great pay, everything was fantastic.

      Cons

      The location was'nt the best. Davenport IA is not a great city. I'd like it in more of an urban environment.
