- Great work environment - Team members are very nice, friendly and kind - CEO is always open to hearing new ideas, and she lets you make a project your own - If you want to you can work on different projects and gain a lot of experience - Very flexible hours, you can work from home a few days of the week - Great location. lots of parking space - Free lunch every day! Free snacks and free Peet's coffee

Pros

Working in the nonprofit sector is really rewarding and GNP is no exception. The atmosphere is engaging, the work is always interesting and at the end of the day your impact is quantifiable. Personally what I enjoy the most is the dynamism and the overall tentative direction which aims at the end of the day to make the world a better place.
