      40 hrs + Merit based Not for the faint of heart If you're looking for an easy 9-5 look elsewhere

      Pros

      I've been with Greaux for a few months now. It's not a job for someone who does not want to work hard. You get out what you put in. If you work hard and are good at what you do, you will be compensated handsomely as well as advanced within the company. The people are nice and easy going and it's a very laid back atmosphere if you do your job.

      Cons

      Management can sound condescending at times. Just trying to be helpful and teach techniques or different info but can make you feel stupid.

      Pros

      I like being a part of something where I feel like I play a big role, and I'm not just a cog in the machine. I like the fact that I'm not limited, whether is with my growth, my pay, or personal attention needed to learn and gain more experience.

      Cons

      Working here is not for the timid. It takes continuous effort to see continuous growth and benefit.
