Many of the other testing labs in the industry will falsify or manipulate data to meet client expectations, and it is apparent when you learn the ropes, Green Analytics stays true to their results. Most of the employees are fun to hang out with, easy to get along with, and willing to go above and beyond to help each other out. Safety is overly emphasized, while competitor labs in the state don’t even have working safety showers in areas where employees are handling Nitric Acid. Leadership encourages growth for the hard workers, and those people usually move up quickly. The skills you learn help set you up for career growth opportunities in and out of the company. Management is willing to go out of their way to help their employees out. Also, the cleaning lady might be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
