Pros

Lively and fun atmosphere. Nice office. A feeling that this is a well-run company with great prospects. In my time I have had great career progression. Management are positive and talented.

Cons

No training budget- you need to learn in your own time. For a long time our internal IT has been a little underwhelming, although this is being completely changed in Q2 2015 and I believe will be vastly improved. Money has already been spent on hardware for this rollout.

Fun and collaborative atmosphere Overtime is well paid and is at your choice Personal development is rewarded No stratification - if you want more complex issues to work on and you can demonstrate the aptitude, you will get them

Although the workload is generally manageable, at peak times it can get beyond the team's ability to cope No training provided
