The team at GreenGuard is committed to the success of the process. The ultimate goal is a happy customer. They strive to go the extra mile for their salespeople to succeed. They offer high volume sales with good compensation and many bonuses.
Cons
Best time to work is week nights.

Pros
At Greenguard your earning potential is endless. The more you sell the more you make. In addition there is an annual company trip if company has a good year.
Cons
Your job is 100% commission. You are put on a draw to start. Make sure you know what a draw is before you sign anything. Lots of door to door sales. Expected to work until it gets dark. December January and February you will have off. However in the months you don't have off good luck with work/life balance.
