Greenleaf is a tight-knit community plain and simple, everyone is very helpful and approachable. RISE to the occasion, meet the challenge and try extra hard to do the task at hand and you will get recognized. Lots of great communication about how to improve the employee's and client's experience. Professional development presentations is very valuable. Great company-wide events for community service and just for fun.
