Pros

Massive Ownership & Impact: As a Training Manager, you aren't just following an old playbook; you get to build training modules, onboarding structures, and learning paths from scratch. Brilliant & Grounded Leadership: Working with the founders (the ex-Testbook team) is highly inspiring. They understand how to scale a company and are very accessible. High Energy Culture: The office has a vibrant startup energy. People are driven, smart, and genuinely passionate about solving problems for local businesses. Fast Career Growth: Because the company is scaling so rapidly, your scope of work and learning curve are incredibly steep.

Cons

Fast-Evolving Product: Because it's an AI startup, product features change and update very rapidly. Keeping training materials 100% up-to-date requires constant agility and quick pivoting. Work-Life Integration: Like any early-stage startup experiencing hyper-growth, the pace is intense, and there are days when you'll stretch beyond standard working hours to meet training demands.

Pros

Started as a Product Design Intern and later got converted to an Associate Product Designer, which was a great growth opportunity. Got hands-on experience working on real products, collaborated closely with product and engineering teams, and learned a lot in a short time. The team was supportive, and there was always room to take ownership and grow.

Cons

As a startup, priorities can change quickly, and timelines can sometimes be challenging. Some processes are still evolving, which can occasionally create ambiguity

Pros

Working at Grexa AI has been a good learning experience, especially Google Business Profile optimization. You get to work on real client projects, which helps you understand practical challenges rather than just theoretical knowledge. The team is supportive and approachable, making it easy to ask questions and learn along the way. There’s also enough flexibility to try new ideas and strategies, especially in the AI and SEO space, which makes the work interesting and skill-building.

Cons

Priorities shift quickly, which can be a bit stressful and requires constant adjustment.
