      Pros

      The Grote company was a fantastic experience for me. I learned quite a bit from the Grote family. Their focus on "Agape Capitalism" shined through the entire 6 years of my association with them. I can tell they really care about their people and clients. They are impressive in how they are expanding to be a global force and it will be exciting to watch their future.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to note.

      Great leadership! A lot of positive energy in the top management team. The job was fulfilling with interesting problems to solve.

      Room for advancement. I would probably still be there if there was a clear path forward.
